The Oilers' first game is on tonight, and in this household that means chips, salsa, and donut holes with a side of Spencer's running commentary.
Eliot is learning at an early age that if you want to be a part of this family you have to show a little team spirit. Eliot's got spirit in spades and the PJs and jersey help with the rest.

It was a great game, hey? Jeff was lucky enough to go . . . I stayed home with das kinder. Oh well. It's fun to think that we are connected by Oilers Hockey. Jeff also gets to go to the game on the 19th! Someone has to get all the perks I guess. I just wish it was me . . . Spencer, I miss your running commentary. Remember watching games on TV in the glory years? Remember your board game- I think it was called "Hockey Challenge"? It would be an interesting piece of memorabilia now.
